- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, and the daily cut-off time is 12 PM PST.

7. SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
- Orders are processed within 72 hours.
- Shipping methods: USPS & UPS.
- Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days (continental U.S.).
- Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii may take an additional 2-3 days.
International Shipping
- We ship via UPS Expedited Service.
- Customers are responsible for compliance with their country’s laws and import regulations.
- Seized or undeliverable packages will not be refunded.

8. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Store Credit & Replacements for Defective Products
- We offer store credit or replacements for clearly defective products.
- Defective product claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
Returns & Refunds for Unopened Packages
- Unopened products may be returned for a full refund if received within 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected.
Non-Refundable Products
- Tibetan Pills are non-refundable. If you need guidance, contact support@jhampa.store before purchasing.
90-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee (Tinctures & Topicals Only)
- If unsatisfied, return the unused portion within 90 days for a full refund.
9. DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING
- All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
- Provide a detailed description and photos of any damage.
- We will offer a replacement or store credit if damage is verified.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
- We respect your privacy and will never sell, rent, or lease your personal data.
