Billing & Payment Information

Charges will appear on your credit card statement as “MaitreyaU”. The billing descriptor for our transactions is “Jhampa”.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it at no cost. Once an order has shipped, we can process a refund upon receiving the sealed items in their original condition.

Shipping Policy

We are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 Business Day.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
  • Shipping methods available: USPS & UPS (Domestic) and UPS Expedited (International).
  • Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays.

Daily Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 12 PM PST will be processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.

Important Shipping Notes:

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • We do not currently ship to U.S. Territories or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Fridays will be shipped on Monday (unless it’s a postal holiday).
  • Express Delivery Orders: Orders placed before 10:30 AM PST will be shipped the same day.

Free Shipping (51 U.S. States Only)

  • Orders within the continental U.S. generally arrive in 2-5 business days.
  • Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional 2-3 days.

USPS Priority Shipping

  • Orders placed by 12 PM PST on a business day will be processed the same day.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by location:
    • West Coast: 1-2 business days
    • East Coast: 3-4 business days

International Shipping
We are not responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional charges imposed by your country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any delays, seizures, or additional expenses resulting from customs clearance are beyond our control, and we do not offer refunds or compensation for such occurrences. Please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

International orders are shipped via UPS Expedited Service.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your country’s customs laws and regulations.
  • Any seized or undeliverable packages will not be refunded.
  • If you wish to request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact accounts@maitreyau.com.

Shipping Rates:

  • Rates are generated in real time by USPS/UPS and displayed during checkout.
  • All orders require a valid street address verifiable by USPS/UPS.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We appreciate your trust in Jhampa Tibetan Pharmacy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns, exchanges, and store credit.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Unopened products: May be returned within 90 days of purchase for store credit or replacement.
  • Opened products: May be returned within 30 days if you are unsatisfied with the quality, for store credit or replacement.
  • Damaged or defective items: Must be reported within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement.

All returns will be issued as store credit or replacement

Please Note:
We reserve the right to refuse a return if a valid reason is not provided.

Return Process

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund:

  1. Contact Us at Support@Jhampa.com
  2. If applicable, we may request photos of damaged or defective products.
  3. Once approved, ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
