Terms of Purchase

Complete terms of purchase are provided at checkout. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the products purchased, whether consumable or topical.

At Jhampa Tibetan Pharmacy, we are committed to offering our products in their purest forms. If exceptional circumstances arise regarding your purchase, please contact accounts@maitreyau.com for further assistance.

As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from their use. By purchasing our products, you do so based upon your own personal opinions and discretion.

Refund & Store Credit Policy

Store Credit and Replacements for Defective Products

  • We offer store credit or replacements for products that are clearly defective upon receipt.
  • Customers must report defective products within 72 hours of delivery.
  • A replacement will be sent or store credit issued after we verify the defect.

Returns & Refunds for Unopened Packages

  • Unopened products may be returned for a full refund if received by us within 30 days of purchase.
  • The product must be sealed and in its original condition.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Refundable Products

  • Tibetan Pills are non-refundable.
  • If you need guidance on selecting the appropriate Tibetan Pills, please contact us before purchasing.

30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee (Tinctures & Topicals Only)

We stand behind our Tinctures and Topicals with a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee:

  • If you are not satisfied, you may return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a store credit.

This policy does not apply to Tibetan Pills or other non-tincture/topical items.

Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand this refund policy.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

We take great care in packaging our products, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Upon delivery, please inspect your package immediately.

  • If a product is damaged during shipping, you must report it within 48 hours of confirmed receipt.
  • Please contact us with a detailed description and photos of the damage.
  • A replacement will be issued or store credit provided for verified damaged items.
