Directions
Two pills once or twice a day in the AM and/or PM. Pills can be crushed one at a time between two large spoons over a plate, preventing bits of pills from flying from the spoons. How to use?
Jampha’s tinctured infusions can be taken directly in the mouth and held under the tongue for as long as comfortable and then followed by a glass of water.
